Had a few of these lately they seem to be very picky with glossy paper just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with C253 series failing to pickup. The customer is using 170gsm Glossy Paper high quality stuff is it just a flaw with the pick up assy slipping with this sort of paper or is not supported at all ? Some sheets do go through but eventually it does jam.
