c350 colour registration problems

hello i have a c350 giving me colour registration and shift problems.. image is shifting aprroximately 5mm on a a3 test page. the problem is not eveident on a4 paper size.

Clean the sensors below belt and try a gradation adjust. It should solve your problem.

there is a roller underneath the transfer roller which pulls the paper.
try to clean it, i normally use "film clearner" for this purpose.
