error C3102 bizhub c550

I´ve got a error C3102. Removed the paperjam, can´t find much of anything else and keeps on giving the same error.

Anybody any ideas??? Since i´m in a big fight with the company who sold me the machine, i don´t feel like calling them.

While I´m at it: Any techs in the south of Spain, region Murcia?

Solution
CAUSE: Fusing roller failure to turn due to a broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder.
SOLUTION: Replace Broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder (p/n A00J 7323 01).
