Was the C10 asking for any units to be changed prior to this indication...sounds like it is trying to carry out a calibration.

No, costumer had just turned it on and no other msg than "Please wait".
I tried to wait 10 min but msg was still there. I tried to power it off/on several times but it just starts engine, rotate whats supposed to rotate, I hear fans starting, just like normal. But msg say Please wait. So like jprecht I think it is fw or some electronical problem. I`ll try fw rewrite tomorrow.

the fuser is fed via a microswitc h operated by a plunger/on left side top covercheck pivot point ofthis operating lever--it breaks--and replace the switch (same as front door switch on 7033/7045)
you wll kiss goodbye to 2 hours for this.(follow change fuser instructions for access)
happy copying peter
