Konica Minolta C500 (HP 9850)

I have a machine that keeps misregistering colors. It has a full pm, and i can get it to run if ishut auto adjustswitches off. But when the customer does a belt refresh theemtransfer belt tracks about 1/2 inch to the fromt of tha machime causinf a 45-02.
Please help

This seems to be a problem that happens alot with these machines. Make sure all of the sensors are clean. Also clean the transfer belt unit all the rollers everything. If that doesn't work, go through all of the adjustments again. Destroy the copier if all else fails, in my opinion these copiers are the biggest piece of SH#* ever made, REALLY

Take a look at this thread. It's a more recent machine, but the transfer unit is very very similar.
