Unhappy BizHub 350 Error Code C0214
I am getting an error code C0214 on my BizHub 350 machine. Can anybody help me?

LCT shifting failure. I had that code a couple weeks ago. Somebody had loaded paper 8.5x11R instead of 8.5x11.

Could also be some broken gears that lift the paper at the front of the drawer. Take a close look - I got one of those that the broken gear looked okay until a closer inspection.

I had loaded the paper wrong in the Tray 3. I pulled the paper out by unscrewing the side panel. It worked. Thanks for your help.

I faced the same prob on 3 of my bh420..the problem comes from the lift up motor...just change the faulty motor
