Exclamation DI-2510 Scanning Issues

I have a Konica Minolta DI-2510. When making copies it works fine.
However, when you try to scan back to the PC and feed paper length wise. it feeds a couple inches and pauses then feeds acouple more and pauses and so on until the entire page is scanned.

When you view the image at the PC the times that is pauses appear as stretched images on the scan.

Try copying the firmware back to the machine in case the CF card in the machine has become corrupted.

Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
