Replace upper fuser roller? Open clamshell and remove drum carriage. Remove metal plate above fuser(2 screws) and small metal plate located on front of machine next to fuser(1 screw). Disconnect thermistor wire and two wires to fuser lamp. Upper roller assembly is hinged so swing it up and back toward the exit side of machine and then lift it straight up. Lower roller stays in machine. Upper roller comes out just about like all the others.
