C351 - how do i get into Service Mode?

I have a C351 and started a HDD overwrite yesterday. 12% into it, i lost power for a moment. It now has the C-D010 code that i have seen mentioned in the threads. It references going into Service mode which i dont know how to do - and since the overwrite was not even completed i dont know if the logical part will work?

I called KM and they are telling me its a minimum of $160 to walk in the door and then $130 per hr...

Currently the machine is not working in any capacity and I at least need to get it back printing- HELP!

So here is what i tried - hit utility/counter button. then hit controller details button. then up comes the error message window. i hit the red stop button. then hit the 1 then 1 again. then stop button. then 0, then 1 again. nothing changes on the screen, still just see the error window. Besides the C-D010 there is also the code 35C-KM...

Just out of curiosity, what was your reason for doing a HDD overwrite in the first place?
Also I believe the Hard Drive management is also available from Administrator Mode if what you are wanting to do now is reformat and start over.

i am planning on selling it soon and was told to do this so all old data is erased? NO idea if this was a smart move or not.

I'm glad to hear it worked out for you, and I am really glad you looked up previous threads ( so many just ask with out doing the research ). Good work and thanks for letting all know it worked for you.
