We normally don't print directly from a workstation. We send the job to the storage queue. What level software is the Creo? 1 or 2? That could be the issue.

Creo has been updated to version 2.0 with service pack 1, drivers at each workstation were deleted (including 2 dll files) and the driver was downloaded from the Ic304 to the workstation. I have made contact with a rep from Creo and they are going to work with us as well as Konica/Minolta support.
Acrobat ver 9 was added to the mix around the same that service pack 3 was introduced on the workstations.
