Km bizhub c250 service mode password

I have problem with hdd c-o10 its need format hdd .

The problem i don't know the [assword to enter serive mode
i try defult password 92729272 ,0000000,12345678,
can i format he hdd using a pc , if i can any specification to do it

any idea to brack service mode password
removing battery on mfp board or any backdoor to enter service mode

Here in the attachment there's the procedure to access the service mode.

Did you try to start it with Utility/Counter pressed and enter in service mode from that screen with default 92729272?

If you can't enter in service mode with the default password, somebody has change this and your only solution is to contact a Minolta dealer.

PS. Try to find the person that service this equipement before you. It is possible that person change this password.
