Need to reset the drum counter, just need to know how to enter service mode. Can you tell me the easiest way to enter service mode? I was looking at the NEC IT 2520 manual, didn't help.
I tried to do the hard reset, soft restart , 1 while booting.. but I still cant get into service mode under user management. I saw the small pin-hole reset on the side of the control panel, did the 1 while booting, still not available.
just hit the utility button on the far left of the control panel, can't quite remember but I think there is a meter count button you select then in there push stop, 0, 0, stop, 0, 1 and you should be in.
