    C250 Error C-2A01

    I have bizhub C250 that is down rightnow. We have replaced the Cyan image unit with a new. And have also replaced the Black Imageunit.

    Keeps reading error C-2A01??? Any ideas. thanks...................

    That error is for cyan "toner" epromm access error. Means the machine had trouble reading the count value. Try changing the cyan toner
    Life is hard. It is a lot harder if you are stupid.

    Yup, I agree! Try replacing the cyan toner.
