C500 J32-01 permanent solution please

Can somebody lift this problem off my back. It seems I've tried everything on the planet. Any simple idea anywhere?

is it j31-02 wont reset or every time you copy? The three fuser drive one way gears is normal repair for the jam and either icp or nv ram for constant.

with your jam problem was the machine switched off, then the jam removed. if so turn machine off reload jammed paper and turn back on then remove jam after the machine has run its start up. had sim problem on couple of machines changed exit unit still no go. did this worked fine. the machine reminbers the jam even if turned off, but will only reset with machine on in jammed state then page removed
