Di 200f Remote Diagnostic??
im went to a call for another tech , the weiredist call i have ever been on.. the machine keeps trying to dial via fax to some remote diagnostic thing. i found where the phone number was and deleated it, but its still trying to dial..?..? is their a system reset or anyway i can disable this? i tried removing the fax board but the machine wouldent power on with out it...

In Tech Rep Mode, select RD Mode, and then RAM Clear. This should reset all of the remote diagnostics settings. This was a predecessor to the current CS Remote Care system, but as far as I know it was never used in the US.
