    Are u talking about the cf card slot on the machine proper?
    If so its covered by an access plate on the main body lower right side. near where the fat cable from the scanner plugs into the right side of the machine..

    Imaging toolkit is available from the KM onyx ftp site. But u need to search for it and be logged in as a tech.
