7145 dead set

hi guys i have 4 7145 that is dead all of it has a power led on but cant go on no fan work only one blink of red led in main board.and after it there is no responce on the machine.i change parametr boad but no change.any help is apriciated.

Don't know if these can help you:

DESCRIPTION: No power. Display is blank with only the green power indicator flickering and a clicking sound is heard from the DCPS.
CAUSE: Failed DCPS causing power up failure.
SOLUTION: Replace the DCPS (p/n 40LA84510).

DESCRIPTION: No power. Display is blank with only the green power indicator light ON.
CAUSE: Failed system CB.
SOLUTION: Replace the system CB (p/n 40LA-9300)
