    konica 7075 92-2 code

    I need help finding a solution to a konica 7075 92-2 code.
    I've replaced sensors PS-58 and PS13, convayance roller and gear.
    Swapped fuser units,and second paper feed clutch.
    Help, I don't know what else to try!

    Did you clean the back felt on the underside of the metal plate that supports the fusing unit? It has the tendency to grab paper dust and causes phantom J92 jams...

    Other possible causes:

    - Failed or worn ADU conveyance rollers and/or worn sensor actuators;
    - The inner portion of the drive gear (55VA77650) for the ADU reversal roller has worn;
    - The ADU DB failed;
    - Worn conveyance roller/1 (p/n 55VA47660) and/or ADU lock gear/1 (p/n
    55VA77600);
    - Failed ADU reversal detection sensor (PS58) (25AA85530);
    - The second paper feed clutch (55VA82010) failed;
    - A failed fixing exit sensor (PS2)(55VA85520) or a bind in its actuator.

    Yes, I cleaned the black patch, replaced most of the parts listed I will try some more.
    It will run 1 copy but jams on multiple copies could the ADU DB be bad if does run one? I don't have one I can change out to see if it is the problem.

    I really don't know since I personally didn't get a failed board - although from where I read it, it can fail some times and work OK the others.

    Can't you test it on a working machine?

    If that's the case, I doubt that two ADU boards would break at the same time.

    Besides the J92-2, where are you getting paper jammed? Are you getting creased paper? Is it only on duplex or also when doing frontside-only copies?

    dulex only, 1st sheet sometimes one fanfold on tail end most of the time no damage.
    feeds past PS 58 with fan fold, stops at PS58 and at PS13 when there is no damage. second sheet stops at PS8, damaged from running into 1st sheet and from rollers stopping. no jams with single sided

    DESCRIPTION: J92-02 with paper jamming at the entrance of the ADU reverse unit of the conveyance unit. The paper may, or may not, be caught between the conveyance rollers. These jams may be more prevalent on higher volume machines.
    CAUSE: The pin groove of the ADU reverse/exit motor (M5) is worn due to repeated rotation/reverse operation.
    SOLUTION: Replace the ADU drive motor (p/n 55VA-0411).
    Note: The pin and gear is included with the new motor.

    PS: The new motor types don't use pins anymore - the gear is glued onto the shaft. Just make sure that your machine has the new style motors.

    Try copying face up if no problem. check/clean/replace ADU lock gear(55VA-77600)Inside this gear there is the famous one way gear.Cleaning helps for me,unless shaft is to worn.
