I managed to clear the code after the customer got paper stuck behind the drawer. But when I opened and closed the first drawer I can hear it keep trying to lift the paper then it codes again. I swapped the second and first paper drawers and it's working for now, but I need to know which parts to order. Should I get the lift motor assembly, is there an upper limit switch?
I don't normally work on Minoltas, can anyone help? Thanx!

Description
Unable to clear a C-0202 code.
Solution
CAUSE: Tray 1 elevator failure; the lift up sensor is blocked.
SOLUTION: Check PC2 and PC3 for foreign objects in the way (usually a piece of torn paper).

Did the fault shift with the tray? I have found that the black plastic rear bushing on tray lift bar can break and move causing the shaft to drop out of connection with the drive on the machine, also the trays tend to crack at the front right corner..due to users using too much force when closing them.

Hi if the error code repeats now in Tray 2 as c0204. then replace the Cassette 4030320109 which is the just the base frame. or 404001560D CASSETTE ASSY. or just use the modification plate 4030P00100 Reinforce plate B 250/350
on the cracked tray.

The second cassette tray which I put in the first drawer lifted ok and first which is now in the second lifted without coding. They don't sit correctly side to side with the covers. I should go back and check the drawer all little closer to see if anything is cracked. Thanks for the help, I'll update after going back!

You can adjust the drawer fronts to align very easily..look at the mounting screws and you will see two arrowed positions..just take out the screws and refit the front in the correct position for the cassette position you need.
