BH C450 with shadow before print
 

Hello guys, how are everybody?
well, i've got this week a problem that i've heared that happened on Bizhub C252, when printing or copying, there's a shadow before the print, only on Black. have anyone got this?? if anyone want's i can upload a print to show the problem, but for example, if I print an text like:
"TEST PRINT" the shadow comes before the text (on print direction), and the shadow is only where there are print.
