Olivetti MF201plus aka Konica Minolta BIZHUB C 203 with fax issues

any1 having a fax ssues with on a Olivetti MF201plus (Konica Minolta C203)

say for example when receiving a 5 page document the machine will recieve 3 of the 5 then drop the line with a error of R11

other occasions the machine will not even connect to the sending device it drops the line (rx)

apparantly its a problem with ADSL broadband (Bandwidth) and the speed of the fax machine using Super G3 (V.34).

any1 got any info with this
