setting user codes on C450

Have looked extensively for info both in tech manuals and op manual
but can not find procedure for setting up user codes, anyone know how to
do this? Would greatly appreciate any input on this dilema. Maybe just looking in wrong spot! Hopefully this is not something that you have to buy as an option!

Hi wd40,
This is a pain in the ass on konicas the first time you do it. Just leaving to go to work so don't have time just now to go throught the process. I think you will find the instructions in the security reference manual or words to that effect. If you can't find it post back and I will have a look for it tonight.

Thanks for the response. That is what I had suspected! If you should
find the info I would appreciate the info location. I have been up on Konica
tech support site and taken a quick glance at the security manual.
Will go back at look in detail.

Found the info on this it is in the Copier User Manual under User Authentication/ Account track.

If you need answers to particular questions just ask.

But the whole process is a bit hard to condense into a single post on here.
