BizHub Pro 500 purple blues problem

I have a PFP customer with a demo unit and it is making purple blues.
I am using a Katun target and a Precision roller target. I have seen this
model reproduce this blue before.
There is also some mottle in the cyan and magenta. It just had all the
dev's changed and chargers & optics cleaned. All of the drums have
about 88K on them. I have been able to get 110-115K out of this one
unit I have serviced. But I did everything at the same time.
I did not do the service on this unit in ? But now I am being asked too.
I am told that the next three have the same problem.
And just to make this more interesting this is a new model to me. I have
only been servicing them for a few months.
Do I need a different test target?
I did run some sample prints from the printer. Numbers 81 - 84. I also
printed out the adjustment data for a reference. The total meter is at
1.6 mil.

If I thin the magenta, using a key op adjustment, the reds get orange.

Any advice welcome, please

Thanks

A couple of the Konica's and several Toshiba's will do this. Toshiba sent out a bulletin that this was "normal". I believe that KM has a similar tech bulletin but have not had a chance to look.

Mr Spock,
I have trouble understanding that, because I have seen machines, this
model included, make a good blue.
Also I can not understand why they would make a test target for a color
machine that can not be reproduced relialbly. If that is the case, then
I would at least expect the customers job to come out with the right
color match. Or at least close enough for a printer to sell.
The customers job comes out purple instead of blue.
I ran a single color copy, blue, and it was not even close.
They have this unit connected. Maybe a calibration of the fiery to the
machine. Unfortunatly I do not know how this is done.
How do the KMBH tech overcome this?
I am going to change the cyan and magenta drums today. All the drums
have about 88K & 95K on the black.
I know a good salesman can sell turds for tootsie rolles, but purple for
blue? I don't know.

Still looking for blue.

First, you need to calibrate the machine. Second, it is very important what profiles are set to be used, how you are using these profiles, what application is used to print and so on.

Ni311,
Thanks for asking. I will try and get that info from the customer today.
The customers English is sometimes hard to understand, but his daughter
is usually there to help. I have the manual and will look for that section.
Any advice on a machine calibration?

Thanks
