Konica 7145 Scan Question

I have a 7145 that my customer is scanning to E Mail only. it will only allow them to scan 6 Meg before it says "memory full".I have added 256Mb memory. I'm trying to figure if I have a machine issue or an E mail server issue. I can't find any where that address file size in scan. Thanks for any help.

To increase scan file size, you need to install a main body hard drive, hd103a along with the memory.
