A couple of questions you want to ask yourself, did the customer installed the IU themselves, what I mean to say, many time if the customer install the IU themselves they fail to shake the IU horizontally to distribute the developer in the IU, many time during shipment the box is placed on its end and all the developer moves to one end; and when it is installed it start to leak out of the end where the developer accumulated. Other than that, it may be a bad HV unit.

i installed the imaging units.before installing i shook the imaging units correctly.may be the hv board could be a suspect but i will try out with another imaging unit.
