Guide to installing Image Unit Chips??

Hello

Would any one have a guide they have made up for replacing the chips on the Konica machines?

We would normally replace these ourselves, but on this occasion can't as the customer is in England.

The model in particular is the Bizhub C451 (Olivetti D Colour MF450).

Not Advisable to get the customer to do this!You need to remove approx 6 screws from the front of the I.U...unplug and remove the circuit board then fit the CORRECT colour back into the unit ,reassemble then run grads etc..Sorrry but definately a techie job...so i have been told

I recommend you just reprogram the chip right in the IU, only takes about 10 seconds. But definitely not a job for the customer.
