Konica IP scanner issue

have windows 2003 server and installed it as a service,
but its like its not running and have to open another console session to start it

any ideas? work around
ip scanner on windows server fix?

works fine scanning to PC's

IP Scanner is a client based program, not a service to run from a server. I've tried the same thing you're trying and could not get it to work.
