the machine has completely blank copies. The cust replaced all the toners and then blank copies continued. Everything seems to be fine exept no image at all. Also codes p4, p5, p6 any ideas.

P5 = Black imaging unit AIDC
P6 = Cyan imaging unit AIDC
P4 = Doesn't appear to exist???
Make sure the AIDC sensor windows aren't dirty. Also check for proper IU connectivity and make sure those connections are not dirty also. This could also require replacement of the affected imaging units and/or the transfer belt assembly.

I would remove the waste toner box,If it is very Heavy the icp may have blown on the main board and the dev from these units has been dumped in the waste box,
