| I cannot remember if it is on the front side of the belt unit or the backside...don't have one in front of me.
But there should be a little plastic box with two metal tabs and the box is held in place by a single screw. Inside that box is a glass tube fuse. You can replace it with a 1/16th or 1/8th amp fuse...pico is fine.
Belt must be replaced if cleaning unit is impacted with toner or is causing wear on the surface. Surface of the belt should be shiny. If it has wear marks, dull lines, the belt is on its way to being useless. |
