| c450 can't find paper size
Hi. Bizhub C450 w/ standard controller here. Some of our employees are printing certain pdf files which specify 8.5x11 on Acrobat Reader but when they job is spooled on the printer it says can't find correct paper size. The print queue is then paused and we have to manually select 8.5x11 from one of the trays to continue. This only happens to certain PDF's. I've googled and found another person posting the same issue with a C350 elsewhere but he never got a response. So is there any way to force the printer to select a specific size in an event like that? It's already set to AUTO Tray Select by the way. Thanks. |
