Client disassembled the print server attached to the back of the C500.
they reassembled the mother board and hdd but failed to connect the selector switch(s) for restart, power, HDD-Led, etc....... So your's truly has the fun of telling them they screwed up. ( not really), Yet very much wanted to.

So now I have to figure out the connection sequence for the various switches.

the mother board is a (EfI)-FIERY print controller (Fiery X3ety-05).

For whatever reason, I suspect copytechnet doesn't like to compete with free distribution of FREE manuals which they charge people for, I cannot upload the files it seems.

There are primarily 3 types of controllers. I suspect you are using the IC-405 which is a flat square grey box that is attached to the back of the C500 by 4 mounting screws.

I can email you 3 different fiery model service manuals, the IC-302, IC-405 and the IP-901 in a zip file of about 8MB.
