Di2510 missing an inch from copy?

Good day to you all,

been having all sorts of problems with a di2510. It was suddenly dead but I managed to get it going again with a firmware update.

however...

now when I copy an A4 sheet portrait the bottom inch or so of the copy is missing? is there some adjustment I can perform to rectify this?

thanks in advance.

Is it doing this from the glass? There is an adjustment for the min/max of the ADF guidesin tech rep. Almost sounds like it is thinking in inches.
