Bizhub C500 jam error msg

Hi, I work with Konica Minolta Bizhub C500, but when power on in display a message to paper jam in fuser section (9) is present. I check in fuser and not paper jam is present. How can i resolved a problem?

The jam code would be helpfull but i would check the connector to the exit switch located o the fusing unit they get pulled slightly appear to be connected but actually are not!Also a blown icp on the adu pwb can cause similiar fault(ICP2 i think)..si

I work on Develop machines, had the same problem recently on Ineo 500 (same as Bizhub 500), faulty PS3, exit sensor was the problem.
