Konica bizhub 1050 error code
does anyone know what the code SC 23-13 means and how to fix???

SC23-13 Air separation motor (M10) rotation abnormality.

Since an error is detected when M10 turns ON, turn it OFF. An error is still detected when turn it ON again. Air separation motor (M10) Air motor encoder sensor (PS30) Resetting of the intermediate toner hopper section

I believe they separate paper in the trays. check fans by hand, mabie just got stuck or some paper in them.

If you still have the problem just take a look on the ICP 23 on the printer control board.

Sc23-13 intermediate toner hopper gears not meshing correctly or locked/blockage can also cause this error

It's the sensor below the cover to the right of the optics looking at the top of the machine, it will be covered in toner most likely.
