    BIZHUB 250 print problems

customer used there own IT people to set up print and scan
    SCAN works fine

But when printing on Bizhub 250

especially documents containing 50 items or more its just real slow
getting from computer to machine you can see it coming up on the print job on display mof machine

it has a hard drive and some memory
is there anything to speed it up

In applications like Word and Adobe Reader, make sure that the 'Collate' button is unticked in print dialogue box. You can still have 'Collate' turned on in the driver.

Have a look at the picture and you will see the tick box I am talking about.

Having this ticked will mean that the job is sent to the copier how ever many times is chosen. If you want 50 copies, then the application will send the job to the copier 50 times instead of sending it once and the copier knowing to print it out 50 times.
If someone has helped you out, why don't you bump up their Rep Power?

Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

Is the copier set up for print priority or copy priority?
On page 6/6 of the utility mode, set the machine to "print" priority device.
