bizhub 350, turn off scan confirmation page

After I installed the fax kit in this and set it to print a confirmation page for every fax sent, she called back and said that it was printing one for every page scanned also. Is there a soft switch setting to separate the two?

Turn soft switch 368 bit 1 to 0.

Thanks for the reply but the new bizhubs are a little different. When you go to soft switch settings, you enter a 3 digit number for MODE, then it will pull up an 8 digit string with the "1's and 0's" you flip those to make changes. I will have to find the mode and then which bit to change.

Mode 368, bit 1. Switch it to 0.

It should read 11000000 when you're done.

Sorry for the confusion. I thought maybe you saying mode but when I used that I must of looked at the string backwards or something and I just wanted to clarify. Thanks again for your input.
