Bizhub 200 User Box problem

I've got a Bizhub 200 w/ HDD (I have successfully installed and formatted the HDD). I'm trying to set up the User Box function, but keep hitting a snag. I have gone into WebConnection and set up the Box and it does show up on the one-touch menu on the control panel of the machine. I can even scan to it and retrieve the file from WebConnection.
But that's the ONLY way I can get it to work.
I'm trying to access the User Box via the control panel - there should be an option on the main COPY screen (bottom left-hand corner) that says "Save to User Box." That option is not there. How do I get that option to show up? Any ideas????

Update your firmware to phase 2.5, as I think your firmware might be why you cannot see the button. It should be available on your copy screen directly.

Failing that, you can simply create a one touch through the utility key.
