| C751 Print from External Memory Not Available
Hello all, I was hoping someone could help me out with our c751 and printing from external memeory.
We can save to external memory fine, however, under print, we do not see the system user box or an option to access the external memory.
If I log in as an admin (12345678), I can go to System Settings >> User Box Settings >> External Memory and turn on and off "Save Document" but there is no "Print Document" option listed.
It should be noted that when I get to the User Box Settings Page, the only option available is "External Memory" - there is nothing else on the screen. I assume someone has disabled many of the administrative options.
Similarly, I cannot turn on or off Enhanced Security. When I go to that option box (Admin Settings >> Security Settings >> Enhanced Security Mode) it is just a blank screen.
