Anyone had any experience with users runing laser cut postcard stock
at 232g per m squared. Customer having jamming problems appears
to get close to the fuser and jams up. Tried several things an nothing works.
Any suggestions? Appreciate any help.
Hand them the specs and have them point out the media they are trying to run.
If you adjust for ODD types of media, then regular paper has problems.
It is a catch 22.
Stick to specs.
You don't say they can't run it, you tell them it is not supported therefore stop placing calls for media that doesn't work.

I agree. Perfed paper can be a dog, esp in C350s. I generally try to steer the customer to getting a paper cutter if they are trying to do bus cards. We used to sell those card cutting things...cheap plastic, with a crank on it. You crank the stock through one path, and then place the cut strips in another path and crank again and tada. Not the best, especially if there is full bleed, but it did the trick.
