CF-3102 Access Problem

I just got a nice machine from a wholesaler but when I turn it on it just says;

"Please enter your 4 digit access number"

Anyone know how to get rid of it? I went into the service mode but thats all I can do.

Thanks

Copy track is enabled on the machine.

Disable it through administrator.

Tap the utility key and then press "admin mode" on the screen.

Password is default 0000

This should allow you into the mode (if it does not, let us know)

Touch "copy track"

Touch "copy track mode" and touch "no" and touch enter and back out of admin mode. You may be prompted with a warning about clearing data, select yes to clear it. Once you are done, copy track should be disabled and you can use the machine normally.

You can download the user and admin manuals for this machine from KonicaMinolta.ca or konicaminolta.com

Let me clarify. I did get into the copy track mode and followed the procedure as you mentioned, but still nothing.

Can't find it in the manual but can look again

Thanks

Guess what? I did it a couple more times and it cleared.

Thanks very much for your help
