Bizhub c 280 not a minolta

Hi guys i was just wondering where the c280 comes from it is surely not a minolta design and i am not critisizing it but on a color print the quality is beautiful but the same picture on grey scale had lines running through it and as far as i know minolta (konica minolta) color machines had the best dot per inch resulst in their class.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but the new C220 C280 and C360 are Konica Minolta engines.

It's the update from the C353 series machines with a new toner delivery system and now a toner hopper as well.

As far as your image is concerned, try changing the original mode and see if that makes a difference.
