    Unhappy bizhub c352

    we bought two off of lease. can't seem to get the touch screen adjustment to work. anyone have these issues with these? if so, how did finally resolve it? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. rb12

    I am guessing you followed the on screen instructions.

    Failing that, it may be a firmware issue if BOTH machines are doing this.

    What is the firmware level at when viewing MSC?

    I agree always start with firmware on an issue like this, even if it is current re-flash.

    Touch panel problem

    Had the same problem on a Bizhub C250. Did the calibration, worked for a few minutes, then it was off again. Then, after a few days of that, the calibration didn't work at all. Fixed the problem by changing the touch panel completely with another one from a busted machine. This was 4 months ago, and since then worked just fine.

    Display is bad

    he had a rash of these early on and then they went on BO from Konica.
