C220 image problem.

Hi all,
Got a C220 just installed last week , customer reports first print in a 2 page document is much lighter than the 2nd! Also if a multi page document sent to print then pages 1,3,5,7 etc are all lighter than the even number pages! I have seen prints, did internal print all OK. As are print driver test pages. PostScript driver is in use, same problem from any program not just Word! Copies are fine

Any suggestions?

Try and see if this problem shows on PCL driver.

Verify the driver they are using is correct one for that machine. Reinstall it if in doubt.
