Make sure the CCD, Exposure Lamp, Inverter Board and Control Board are all working correctly. Then check the horizontal and vertical alignment of the CCD(Three adjusting screws located on the lens assembly)-Place the machine under a light source.Put a piece of paper against the CCD to check where the beam of light falls. It should fall in the middle of the sensor. Use the adjusting screws to make the adjustment. Don't loosen the screws marked in green.
