| It will not allow me to access the diagnostic menu on the print button on the front of the machine. It tells me that the the software is not installed. Maybe I am missing a step or not going into the correct menu. If you have any ideas that would be a great help. Even walking me threw how to rest the machine to factory settings would be great at this point. Thanks |
