C350 with c0510 fsr code

Hi guys. Got a c350 with c-0510 code. It's not the fuser unit. Put it into did Mach & it works. Mach won't let me clear trouble. Utility & power on goes straight into code. Unplugged it for a few min. Still codes out. Please help

C350 is different beast. You must open front door, get down on floor. To the right side of toners you will see a hole in the plastic. You almost have to put head on floor and look up and you will see a reset button. That is how to clear the trouble on the C350. Utility key was next model.
