DI620 36-02 Fixing/Fuser Unit abnormal temp

I am stuck. I am working on a Minolta Di650. I found that the power plug was broken in the rear of the machine. I replaced the plug but now I have an error 36-02.
I have the manuals but they are of little help. Any suggestions?

Ok I got the error reset. You have to reset the DipSwitch to reset fuser error codes. Now nothing happens, copier never warms up or codes out just sits there mocking me.
