new bizhub c220 made 500 printouts then paper jam after removing paper jam and restarting the machine the machine hanged.the machine is only showing the our glass and does not bring the basic copier sreen.
anybody with a sugestion on what could be the problem

I had the same on a C360 (new machine) and at the end it was the 2GB RAM memory on MFPB which had caused the problem
