We had one that would lock up everything, only a restart would fix it. I replaced the ICB about 2-3 weeks ago and I haven't heard of any call backs. We tried firmware first, then reseating the card.
The customer says that they cannot input the acess code, screen will not respond. When I got there it was working, but they said we have been there before for the same thing. It is working when we show up, but I have no doubt it is locking up on them. Solutions database says to reseat the card on the ICB, any other ideas??
