    C352 jamming when duplexing "3201"

This machine has a million on it. Im suspecting that the adu motor is failing. Single side runs all day.

    All ideas are welcome,
    Thanks

Do you see the paper exit the main body then get pulled back in? If not, try checking the "paper exit roller drive coupling mechanism" found on 5.1.2 in c352 Theory of Operations Manual. If that seems to be ok, you may be on the right track w/ the switchback motor.

    Hope this helps, Good Luck.

A warp actuator in the adu section is what caused the issue. The actuator would not completely reach the sensor although actuated. Thanks for the help.
